冠名的是IEEE，不知道真假，也不知道好坏，本来有一篇灌水稿投的是SCC2016，后来这个会给我发录用通知，邮件内容部分如下，请大家分析一下。
Congratulations again to your IEEE Bigdata Congress 2016 paper accepted!
Now we start the process of deciding student travel award. Sponsored by IEEE TC-SVC and Services Society, student travel award is provided for selected excellent graduate students who will serve as conference volunteers. If selected, the conferences will waive the registration of the student (each paper still must pay at least one full registration according to IEEE policy), cover the hotel stay, food, and transportation at San Francisco during conference time period.
