审稿人回复PBS缓冲液制备表述有问题，不知道咋办。

我文章中的描述是这样的：Phosphate-buffered solution (PBS) (pH 7.4, 0.01 M) containing 14 mM KH2PO4, 2.7 mM KCl, 87 mM Na2HPO4 and 136.7 mM NaCl was used as the working buffer. 文章投稿，审稿人有个意见不知道怎么回答。 Comment #1: The preparation of PBS buffer is not at all clear. The concentration of PBS should express and represent the concentration of phosphate ion! The addition of other salt must be separately reported as electrolyte concentration contained by the buffer. 谢谢大家，请大家帮帮忙！ |
