来自Elesvier出版社解释： The “Under Editor Evaluation” status is not mentioned in the Elsevier site. However, there are minor variations in the workflows of different Elsevier journals. Perhaps, the journal you have submitted to uses this status, while others don’t.  This status indicates that the Editor is evaluating your manuscript based on the peer reviewer comments, but has not yet come to a decision.  If the editor is satisfied with the reviews, you might be informed of the decision soon. If the editor feels that he wants an additional review, the status might change once again to "under review." Once the Editor has entered his decision on the journal system, the status changes to “Decision in process.” To quote from the Elsevier site: “If the Editor has registered a decision in the system but has not yet sent you the email confirming the decision, the status of your article will be listed as ‘Decision in Process’. 看大家有人问 转给大家一下哦
