做金属在氧原子环境下钝化模拟，NVT系综下加热，为什么氧原子一点都不动啊！！ 已有2人参与

建模没什么问题，是在盒子中央区域建立了一个球形金属纳米颗粒，周围随机分布氧原子，并在NVT系综下由300K加热到400K，想看金属纳米颗粒的钝化过程。 每次计算后用VMD看结果都是金属原子一直在平衡位置做弛豫运动，这个可以理解，毕竟温度不高，但为什么周围的氧原子一动都不动呢？ 势函数我也是参照论文选取的，究竟是哪里出了问题呢？？？？求大神们帮帮忙吧，稍后贴上in文件，为这事已经快一个礼拜没进展了。 |
