| 我们采用测定DNA的CD谱的方法，研究结合三聚氰胺后的DNA结构的变化。已有文献报道，在DNA的CD谱中，正峰对应于DAN碱基的堆积作用，而负峰则对应于DNA的双螺旋结构。如图3所示，黑色虚线代表加入三聚氰胺前DNA结构的CD光谱图，红色实线代表加入三聚氰胺后DNA结构的CD光谱图，显然加入三聚氰胺后CD光谱图中负峰增强，这说明结合了三聚氰胺后，DNA形成了类似双链结构。 |

| We used CD spectroscopy to study the conformational changes of DNA after a complex formation with melamine. According to the literature, the positive peak corresponds to the DNA base stacking interactions, while the negative peak corresponds to the double helix structures in DNA. As shown in Fig. 3, the black dot line represents the CD spectrum of DNA alone, while the red solid line represents the spectrum after the addition of melamine. There was an apparent rise in the negative peak after the addition of melamine to the DNA, which indicates that after a complex formation with melamine, DNA forms a structure that resembles a double helix. |
