求助水相RAFT聚合,RAFT试剂溶解性问题 已有1人参与
最近准备用RAFT聚合在水溶液中聚合丙烯酰胺和阳离子丙烯酰胺类单体,采用含有羧基的RAFT试剂:4-Cyano-4-(phenylcarbonothioylthio)pentanoic acid (CTP)和2-(Dodecylthiocarbonothioylthio)-2-methylpropionic acid (DDMAT)。查了一下比较相关的文献:

三篇文献都提到为了防止RAFT试剂在聚合过程中水解或氨解,聚合要在pH=5的醋酸缓冲液中进行,文献用的RAFT试剂是CTP。
于是打算先重复一下文献,但是发现一个问题:RAFT试剂CTP和DDMAT在pH=5的醋酸缓冲液无法溶解!我的具体步骤是这样的:先用等摩尔的NaOH水溶液溶解RAFT试剂,此时RAFT试剂可溶,但是把RAFT试剂的溶液加入到pH=5的醋酸缓冲液里,RAFT试剂几乎完全析出。我试了30mM和3mM两个RAFT试剂浓度,都是一样的结果。请教各位大神,这到底是怎么回事?怎么才能溶解RAFT试剂呢?上面这几篇文献又是怎么做到的?
