[交流] 【求助】关于endnote和vista的兼容性问题

我装的是endnote x，系统是正版vista， word2007，装了endnote之后发现找不到endnote工具条，上网搜索了一下，说是2007下的endnote工具条要用如下方法才能调出来

“把Endnote目录下的EN10Cwyw.dot和EN10CWYW.WordXP.wll两个文件复制到目录下，就可以在word2007中调用Endnote
C:\Users\你的名字\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP”

可是我用上述方法试了之后发现endnote工具栏是调出来了，可是当我按那些按钮的时候，比如说insert按钮，发现一点反应都没有，根本插不了文献。

有没有熟悉endnote的朋友帮我解决一下问题，不胜感激。

解决方案：
Is EndNote compatible with a 64-bit version of Windows running on a computer with a 64-bit processor?
EndNote is a 32-bit application. You should be able to install and run it, however, it was not designed for 64-bit environments. Therefore, there are some major compatibility issues when working with Microsoft Word, as described below. Should you encounter any issues please contact Customer Technical Support, but please be aware that technical support for EndNote may be limited in these environments.

When using EndNote抯 Cite-While-You-Write tools in Microsoft Word on a PC running Windows XP Professional x64 edition, you may find that there is a noticeable lag when performing certain basic functions in Windows. For example, you may see a delay when switching between open applications or when bringing up the Start menu. We have identified a workaround for Windows XP Professional x64 edition that prevents this lag. Note that the following steps do not appear to resolve the issue with Windows Vista x64 edition.

In Word, select Tools / EndNote / Format Bibliography. Select the "Instant Formatting" tab.

Select the "Settings" button.

Uncheck the two boxes labeled "Scan for temporary citations" and "Check for citation changes."

Click OK, and then OK again.
This will prevent the lag when working with the current document. To prevent it from occurring in future documents...

In Word select Tools / EndNote / Cite While You Write Preferences.

Uncheck the two boxes labeled "Scan for temporary citations" and "Check for citation changes".
Note that this does not disable Instant Formatting or Cite While You Write. It simply alters the way Instant Formatting works so that the functions that trigger the lag issue are not invoked.

When using EndNote抯 Cite-While-You-Write tools in Microsoft Word 2007 on a PC running Windows Vista x64 edition, you may find that Word crashes. For example, you may not be able to open any word documents without crashing. We are aware of this incompatibility, but we have not identified a workaround that prevents this crash. You would need to disable the EndNote CWYW tools to avoid this problem.
