大家在审稿意见出来之前会收到杂志关于文章状态的邮件么？这是什么鸟？ 已有3人参与

今天收到杂志关于论文投稿状态的更新情况，问题是我又没有问他们，这是好事情还是坏事情，大家遇到过这种情况么？ Dear Dr. xx, I am the Journal Manager for Biomaterials and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for submitting to the journal and to give you a brief update on the progress of your paper. Your manuscript has been deemed meritorious by the Editorial Team which comprises the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor and the Associate Editorial Board.
