高温旋转焙烧炉是自主开发，处理量为5-10公斤/小时。是 FCC 催化裂化催化剂中试放大过程中重要的连续热处理装置，主要用于分子筛及催化新材料高温焙烧和热改性。该装置可以模拟工业装置进行分子筛的水热焙烧处理及催化剂的焙烧固化。
Being independently developed，the high temperature rotary roaster has a processing capacity of 5-10kg/h. As a key continuous processing device in scale-up process of FCC Catalyst pilot test, the high temperature rotary roaster is mainly used for high-temperature roasting and thermal modification of molecular sieve and new catalytic material. This device can simulate industrial device in hydrothermal calcine treatment of molecular sieve as well as in fix-roasting of catalyst.
