1. why should make a deoxidation from A to B? what is the advantage of A comparing with B? after A enters into the coating, it also forms B.
2. In this paper, the arrow in Fig.3 indicates the existence of A. so what is the foundation about this statement? Is it right? I am not sure the implication of the array. Furthermore, why the magnification of SEM figure has not been marked?
