请问各位,编辑的回信怎么只提了语言问题啊?已有4人参与
是正文内容部分压根看不懂就没看?还是觉得文章内容可以,只是语句太烂?
Dear Mr. Liu,
I very much regret to have to tell you that publication in our journal is not recommended. An explanation for this decision is given in the attached review reports (and on http://ees.elsevier.com/sedgeo/). I hope that the comments contained therein will be of use to you.
In case you decide to resubmit a substantially revised version of your paper at a later date, this will be considered as a new submission. You should refer to the reference number of the current paper and include (as Cover Letter) Revision Notes, explaining in detail how the paper has been changed or not, in reply to the Editor and Reviewer comments.
Thank you for your interest in our journal.

COMMENTS FROM EDITOR AND REVIEWERS
EDITORS DECISION
Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Sedimentary Geology. After reading through your manuscript I regret to inform you that I cannot accept it for publication. The main reason for my decision is that that the standard of the written scientific English is not at the level required for the journal. Throughout the manuscript there are numerous poorly constructed phrases and sentences that are very difficult to understand. Although reviewers and I are generally prepared to undertake some minor editorial work, we are not responsible for rewriting large sections of the paper. Thus, as it now stands, I cannot accept this for publication. I might be prepared to consider a re-submission providing you can clearly demonstrate that you have had the manuscript read and edited by somebody who is fluent in written scientific English. |
