断相故障 是 异步电机 损坏的 主要原因之一。断相后 电机的 转子导条 和 定子绕组 温度升高,影响 电机的寿命。对电机 的 温度场模型 做 合理的 假设,定义 温度场的 边界条件,给出 异步电机 主要 热源的 计算公式,建立 定子绕组 等效热模型,求取 电机 各部分的 散热系数,解决 全模型的 热交换问题。并建立 鼠笼型 异步电机的 三维实体模型、断相工况模型,计算 额定运行 和 入线端 断相后的 稳态温度场 分布情况。分析 断相后 各相绕组的 温度变化情况,为从 温度场的 变化情况 诊断 电机故障问题 提供 理论依据。
Open phase fault is one of major causes for asynchronous motor damage. After loss of phase, rotor bars and stator windings of motor are subjected to increased temperature, which influences the serving life of motor. In this paper, we made reasonable assumption of temperature field model, defined boundary conditions of temperature field, proposed computational formula of main heat resource of asynchronous motor, built equivalent thermal model of stator winding, calculated heat transfer coefficient of each part of motor, and solved full-model heat transfer problems. In addition, we established 3D entity model and phase-loss condition model of squirrel-cage type asynchronous motor, and calculated static temperature field distributions upon rated operating condition or phase loss at inlet end, respectively. Temperature variations of all windings after phase loss were analyzed in this paper, which provides theoretical basis for motor fault diagnosis according to temperature field variations. |
