摘  要:  以高掺量粉煤灰磷酸盐水泥为基体,短切碳纤维为功能材料,制备出了磷酸盐水泥碳纤维复合材料(PCFC),同时制备了碳纤维硅酸盐基复合材料(CFRC),并利用压力试验机、交流电桥和SEM对二者的基本力学性能、导电性能及内部碳纤维分布进行了对比研究。此外还考察了碳纤维掺量、龄期对PCFC导电性能的影响。结果表明,PCFC相比CFRC在同等碳纤维掺量的情况下力学增强效果更好、导电性能更为优越;SEM照片显示碳纤维掺量较高时,PCFC中的碳纤维分散得更好;在碳纤维掺量超过1.4%时,龄期对PCFC的导电性影响较小,具有良好的导电稳定性。


Abstract: The mechanical and electrical properties of both phosphate cement carbon fiber composites (PCFC) and carbon fiber reinforced cement composites (CFRC) were prepared and measured. PCFC sample was formed by using phosphate cement with high volume of fly ash as matrix, while CFRC sample was prepared by using Portland cement as matrix. The same short cut carbon fiber was used in the both composites samples as the conductivity components. A comparative study on PCFC and CFRC's mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and the internal distribution of carbon fiber was carried out by using pressure testing machine, AC bridge and SEM respectively. The results showed that comparing with CFRC, PCFC is easy to be prepared but also higher in mechanical properties reinforced effect and higher in electrical conductivity when they have same carbon fiber dosage. SEM image shows the distribution of carbon fiber in PCFC is better than that of CFRC when the both composites contain higher carbon fiber dosage. When carbon fiber dosage is higher than 1.4wt.%, aging time has a little effect on electrical conductivity of PCFC, and thus has an excellent stable electrical property.

Abstract: Based on high-volume fly ash phosphate cement as substrate, short carbon fiber as function materials, we prepared PCFC and CFRC. In addition, we conducted a comparative analysis on basic mechanical property, conductivity, and distribution of internal carbon fiber of these two materials using compression-testing machine, alternating current bridge, and SEM. Moreover it also investigated the influence of carbon fiber content and age on conductivity of PCFC. Results show that under the condition of equal carbon fiber content, PCFC has stronger mechanical effect and better conductivity as compared with CFRC; SEM images show that under the condition of high carbon fiber content, carbon fiber dispersion in PCFC is better; When carbon fiber content exceeds 1.4%, conductivity of PCFC is less affected by carbon fiber age, therefore PCFC has a higher conductive stability.
