For OnlineOpen articles, where authors purchase open access, §2 applies. §3 applies to both kind of articles, regular publication in the Journal and OnlineOpen articles. Answer Required有两个选项：1，Please select a response。 2，Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions and I am aware that §2 is valid for Online Open articles 但是1选择不了，选了1之后还让出现Please select a response的红字。并且进行下一页时要求选择“Answer Required”。 那么2，Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions and I am aware that §2 is valid for Online Open articles是什么意思啊，是要付费吗？ |
