polymer engineering and science的投稿说明里要求：1. Figures and tables should be appended at the end, each appearing on a separate page. 2. Submit the complete manuscript with text (including references), tables, and figures as separate files.
这样我是不是应该在文稿的最后把图和表都附上成为一个完整的稿件，然后再分别单独上传图和表？
单独上传图标的时候是一个表（图）占一个word还是所有的表（图）和在一起占一个word？

投稿说明里的这句话我应该理解为是图表都要放在文章最后上传还是只有标题。
单独上传图标的时候文件名是Table……Figure……吗？
