目的：对某 儿童医院 血液肿瘤科 临床使用 化疗药 发生的 不良反应 进行 统计分析，找出 化疗药物 不良反应 的影响因素，为 临床用药 提供 合适的 治疗方法。方法：通过 该院的 医疗病案系统，收集 2015年间来 该院 血液肿瘤科 住院化疗的 患者记录，回顾病案系统 记录中 的不良反应，并记录好 患者 不良反应的 变化规律。结果：所调查的 患者年龄体重多 在3～9岁、20kg～30kg之间，诊断主要是 急性淋巴细胞白血病，化疗药 有 七种最为常用，联合用药 以三联居多，给药方式 则主 要是静脉滴注，不良反应 主要 为血液系统、消化系统反应。结论：患者年龄、体重、用药时间、给药途径 以及 是否联合用药 均为 化疗药物不良反应的 影响因素。在了解 化疗药物 不良反应的 基础上，为患者 制定合适的 化疗方案，减少 不良反应的发生。
Purpose: To realize statistical analysis of adverse effects of chemotherapeutic drugs used for neoplastic hematologic disorder in certain children's hospital, and find out the influencing factors to such adverse
effect, so as to provide proper therapeutic method for clinical medication. Methods: we collected hematologic chemotherapy records of patients who were accepted by hospital during the whole 2015, reviewed all adverse effects in medical record system, and recorded change rule of adverse effects.Result: Investigated patients range from 3-9 years old in age and from 20kg-30kg in weight. The diagnoses are mainly represented by acute glymphoblastic leukemia. There are 7 common chemotherapy drugs, which are mainly used as three-drug therapy. Intravenous injection is the main medication method, and adverse effects mainly attack blood system ans digest system. Conclusion: Influencing factors to adverse effects of chemotherapeutic drug include patient's age, weight, medication time, medication approach, and combination medication. On the basis of understanding adverse effects of chemotherapeutic drug, we can design a proper chemotherapy regimen to reduce adverse effect. |
