In addition, no subsequent submission to our transactions will be entertained that includes any of the results included in this submission. If we become aware of a similar violation by you or one of your co-authors in the future, we will report the case to the appropriate committee of the IEEE Communication Society. They can levy substantial penalties including a ban on publishing for a period of time. 还能投别的期刊会议么。。。 |
