Please note that verbatim text is also very important. 是查重没过么。。。 Because of the violation of our policy, the paper is being rejected and denied publication in our transactions. In addition, no subsequent submission to our transactions will be entertained that includes any of the results included in this submission. If we become aware of a similar violation by you or one of your co-authors in the future, we will report the case to the appropriate committee of the IEEE Communication Society. They can levy substantial penalties including a ban on publishing for a period of time. 还能投别的期刊会议么。。。 |
