[求助] 投稿7天就收到minor revision 的邮件，文章修改后还需要review吗？已有4人参与

想请问各位大虾，看看我的文章到底外审了没有啊，我都糊涂了，才投稿7天，应该没有外审得那么快的吧，但是收到的邮件又说reviewer,让我真的很混乱。是不是我的文章还要再经历外审呢？
1. 3月21号投稿；
2. 3月26日An Editor Has Been Assigned ；
3. 3月28日收到下面的邮件，并且在投稿系统里是minor revision状态，根本没有要修改专业的内容，只是要求修改文章的格式。3月29日修改后返回是With editor状态。


邮件：

This study was conducted to identify avian reovirus (ARV) proteins that can activate the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-dependent Akt pathway.Based on ARV protein amino acid sequence analysis several proteins were identified as putative proteins capable of mediating PI3K/Akt pathway activation.Several recombinant plasmids were constructed and transfected into Vero cells, and the expression levels of the corresponding genes were quantified using immunofluorescence and Western blot analysis.Phosphorylated Akt (P-Akt) levels in the transfected cells were measured by flow cytometry and Western blot analysis.The results indicated that the σA and σNS proteins can activate the PI3K/Akt pathway.

This appears to bei a thorough and well done study.
