Finally, we take the upper clear liquid drops in copper screen of traits and for testing. |

A small amount of sample were taken into ethanol, and then ultrasound it. Finally，the supernatant was dropped on the idiosyncratic copper net for testing after centrifugation. 说明：实验样品制备部分一般是不用主动语态的，也很少出现“we”这个主语。 |
