The value of Mushroom is Medical use because of low fat and high protein in component. This stydy chooses this Mushroom cultivated from one Luzhou mountain area company as an experiment sample to test the component according to national food standard. The test process includes comparion of nutrient composition with other samples in literature and analysis of the advantages of edible fungi in mountainous region. The purpose of this paper supports agriculture industry development in mountain region. |
