[交流] 气体挥发物收集仪器求助

Virgin adults were carefully coaxed into the top half of a two-piece cylindrical glass aeration chamber (20 cm long × 7.5 cm diam) lined with window screen for the bugs to perch on, and with an O-ring sealed center joint. A few green beans and sunflower seeds were added for food, the chamber was fitted with an activated charcoal filter and humidifier (made from a glass tube filled with water-soaked glass wool) on the inlet end, and a volatiles collector fashioned from a glass tube (4 mm ID) with a 1-cm-long bed of activated charcoal (50-200 mesh, precleaned by thermal desorbtion at 200°C under N2; Fisher Scientific, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) and held in place by glass wool plugs. Air was pulled through the apparatus (flow 400 ml/min) for one to five days. The charcoal collector was then eluted with pentane (3 x 0.2 ml). Extracts were concentrated as required under a gentle stream of N2.
我参考了很多昆虫挥发物的收集方便，基本方法都差不多，有的是用activated-charcoal trap有的用Porapak Q作为吸附材料，这些吸附的柱子还有上面介绍的仪器是自己组装的呢还是就有这样完整的仪器设备?望了解这方面的朋友给与帮助，谢谢，联系邮箱chonglulc@163.com
