大修请求延迟提交修改稿 已有2人参与

马上要到期了，但是论文给一个外国朋友润色，他说至少要两星期。写了一封request letter，如下： Dear Prof. Dr. Dieter H.H. Hoffmann, Thanks for your attention on our paper entitled “*******” (manuscript number:*****). I am afraid that we are not able to re-submit the revisions by the deadline (Mar 25, 2016). The reviewer gave us many useful suggestions and comments, and we have revised one by one accordingly. But the language editing is still needed to make our manuscript more readable. Therefore, we will be most grateful if you could extend the deadline, preferably, for 2 weeks. Thank you in advance for your understanding and kind assistance, and look forward to receiving your advice soon. Best regards, Sincerely, ***** 英语水平差，这样弄可以吗？求万能的虫友给点意见！ |
