| 改进中国药典甘遂大戟二烯醇的测定。方法：采取对供试品采用*乙醇*倍量加热回流提取*h提取*次的制备方法制备供试品溶液，对比与药典供试品制备方法的含量测定结果并对本方法进行方法学验证。结果：以上方法比药典方法含量增加。结论：药典方法供试品提取不完全，建议采用本方法制备含测供试品。 |

Method: Test solution is prepared using the preparation method of " *ethyl alcohol*multiple heating with reflux extraction *h extricate* time". The proposed method is applied with methodology validation by comparing with measured content of test samples prepared by pharmacopoeia method. Results: the content of test sample prepared by proposed is higher than that prepared by pharmacopoeia method. Conclusion: The extrication of test samples is not complete using pharmacopoeia method, and it is suggested to adopt proposed method to prepare test sample and measure its content. |
