求问如何配制含4.5M MgCl2的PBS和含0.5M NaCl的PBS

刚才在文献中看到两种PBS，PBS containing 0.5 M NaCl 和PBS containing 4.5 M MgCl2，请教各位应该如何配制这两种PBS，谢谢。 原文奉上： For purification of Stx2e, cell extract from 1 L of culture was applied onto a 2-ml volume of D-galactose gel or TAR column equilibrated with PBS containing 0.5 M NaCl. After washing the column, bound protein was eluted with PBS containing 4.5 M MgCl2, and 2 ml of each fraction was collected. The eluent was pooled and dialyzed against PBS overnight, and the precipitated products were removed by centrifugation. |
