Although the former species may be A and B , it was affirmed that the third one was the metallic state C. The origin of the former species is not clear. There are two possibilities. The other is that some A and B form after H2-TPR

生成的前两种物质可能是A和B,但第三种肯定是C。 前两种物质的生成可能有两种情况:一种是在还原过程中生成的金属C又重新被氧化成A和B,另一种就是在还原过程生成的。
可能有些乱,请您耐心的读完理解它。
我实在是找不到人帮我,这段话也是困扰我相当长的一段时间了,请大家帮忙。可能会耽误你很多宝贵的时间,不过请帮帮我。

尽管前面物质也许是A和B,但可以确定的是第三种是金属C。前面物质的来源不清楚。这有两种可能性,一种解释是在还原过程中形成的金属C,尽管该样品在氮气保护下收集起来的,一旦暴露空气,少量金属C可以再被氧化成A和B.另外一种解释是一些A和B在H2-TPR之后形成

主要问题:
1.时态。两种时态过去时和现在时混用,有些地方造成了混乱,如第一句,让步状语从句现在时,主句过去时,看不出道理何在。不如都改用现在时。
2.句法。形成“form”一词是用主动还是被动?楼主有些犹豫不决。另外还有其他一些小问题。
3.少数地方表意不清。

修改如下:
Although the former species may be A and B , it is affirmed that the third one is the metallic state C. The origin of the former species is uncertain. There are two possible explanations. One is that a small quantity of metallic C  which is formed in the reduction process also can be reoxidized to A and B when exposes to air, even though the samples are collected under nitrogen protection. Another possible explanation is that some A and B are formed after H2-TPR.
