[交流] How do you think of the house in china?

In the new year, the price of house in the tier cities have a dramatically soaring, for example, Shanghai, more and more young people can not afford the house there. The richer man will be richer, the poor people will be poorer. Are we on the way like Japan in the ninetes?
And maybe, the real estates are playing a game like the stock market, by the house at a high price and then sell it at a higher price? So what do you think of this phenomena?
