How do you think of the house in china?

In the new year, the price of house in the tier cities have a dramatically soaring, for example, Shanghai, more and more young people can not afford the house there. The richer man will be richer, the poor people will be poorer. Are we on the way like Japan in the ninetes? And maybe, the real estates are playing a game like the stock market, by the house at a high price and then sell it at a higher price? So what do you think of this phenomena? |

Luckily or unluckily I will not be in Shanghai at least in the next several years. House will no long be a problem for me. I guess the price of houses in 1st tier cities will increase untill twice or thrice the present price or so. But I wonder whether it will be like Japan then. |

| I live in Beijing where the house' price is so high as in Shanghai.But now,I am still a college student whithout the pressure.I am considering whether working in Beijing or not in the future, despite my hometown is Hebei .On one hand,I will gain more opportunities and develop very well in my career.On the other hand,I can not afford the house no matter nowadays or in the future.It confused me a lot. |
