审稿意见不太明白 已有1人参与

最近一篇投国外期刊的论文被要求大修，可是审稿意见里面有两句话不是很明白，请各位大神指教！ 1. While the results have some potential interest, they are not properly put into context which means that overall the paper is somewhat marginal。 请问这个“put into context”是什么意思呢？ 2. I think Section 3 can be safely dispensed with as it merely verifies that the code appears to be working satisfactorily。 这句话不是很明白。 感谢各位！！ |
