近些年来，我国输电网络规模越来越大，结构也越来越复杂，而在全球范围内由潮流转移引起的电力系统大停电事故频频发生。由于故障等因素，某些承担重要负荷关键线路一旦被切除，随之引起的潮流转移与后备保护不合理动作的连锁反应，极有可能引发系统的连锁跳闸，继而导致大停电事故，给社会和经济带来难以估量的损失。针对潮流转移识别线路自适应后备保护，不仅站在电网整体的视角上对易受潮流转移影响的关键线路有效识别，还站在继电保护设计的视角对线路过负荷有效识别并提高后备保护的抗过渡电阻能力。因此本课题研究对预防大停电事故和相关保护装置可靠性有重要现实意义。 这个是我翻译的： In recent years, the scale of transmission network in our country is more and more big, the structure is more complex, and worldwide by flow transfer blackouts in power system caused by the frequent occurrence of.
