内容So far none of the Munc18 molecules have been identified in CTL but two isofoms have been found in mast cells, Munc18-2 and Munc18-3.

内容In mammals, there are 7 SM proteins, and each has been assigned to specific types of membrane-trafficking events: Munc18a, Munc18b, and Munc18c for exocytosis.

内容 Munc18b (also called STXBP2 or Munc18-2) is broadly expressed and has been shown to interact with syntaxin-1A, -1B, -2, and -3.12 Munc18b plays a role in exocytosis from mast cells,18 neutrophils,19 and natural killer (NK) cells.20,21 Munc18c (also called STXBP3, PSP, or Munc18-3) is ubiquitously expressed22,23 and can interact with both syntaxin-2 and -4. The interaction between Munc18c and syntaxin-4 is important for insulin release from adipose tissue and muscle cells and is important in endothelial cell activation.

大修1的回答改正如下：
Answers: Thanks for your kind suggestions. According to your advice, we replace the results section "Mutation Identification" with "Genetic Results", and rename the Table 1 title as "Summary of genetic findings in 45 HLH patients". In order to make the results of Table 1 more clear, we show results as following: biallelic◇◇, monoallelic◇, monoallelic▲, SNP◇ rs181216956, and SNP▲ rs5956583 (◇ means heterozygous, while ▲ means hemizygous).

大修2导师花了20分钟左右一个词一个词地核对，修改句子顺序。
然后导师比较忙，给了点指导意见：RNA和蛋白没做，直接告知审稿人；题目砍掉前半部分。

人的成功都是有道理的。当然，混得挫也是有原因的，最主要的原因就是不够努力。
    我的导师能一个词一个词地给学生改论文，光这种勤奋就是一种很优秀的习惯。不知道我以后能不能赶上他现在的水平，希望我能努力。

     今天下午回到家，泵奶、看孩子，做饭，加上买之后几天要用的桌、椅、车，时间又到了9点。真是，不努力的借口也太多了点！
     今晚熬夜也得多写点。明天继续去实验室找导师看稿子。
     
     小李子陪跑22年都拿到小金人了！多么让人高兴的消息啊！努力真好。

大修*(3) For cases like P6 and P25 there is a high chance that the second mutation has been missed. I would advice RNA studies or studies of Munc18-3 protein expression. For these cases, the authors should also comment on the results of the degranulation assay. In general the author should clearly state in the discussion that for the cases with monoallelic variant, a possible additional variant on the other allele might have been missed (e.g. regulatory variant or complex structural variants).
当时导师看到这个意见，第一反应是问患儿的生存情况。取样是很困难的，再补实验也很困难。
话说，我直到这会也不确定RNA studies 是不是就是逆转录RNA后PCR测序?还是RNA芯片？不管是哪种，我都觉得意义不明确。
Munc18-3 蛋白表达就更奇怪？审稿人为什么想让我补这个蛋白，我到现在都没找到原因。
