[交流] 邀请会议报告，注册费是资助还是减免？

今收到一国际会议的邀请报告邮件，如下：
Dear XX，
We believe that your work would be of interest to the participants of the above parallel conferences. Therefore, we would like to invite you to give a talk on the subject of your choice. The organizers are able to support your participation by offering a registration fee of Euro 350, instead of the standard Euro 500.

If you are able to accept our invitation, please forward the title of your presentation as soon as possible to assist with program planning. Congress information details can be found on our website. In order to receive the reduction in your registration fee, you will need to register here.

咨询下，组织者是提供350欧元的注册费，差额150欧元自己付？
还是注册费由标准的500欧元减小到350欧元，这350欧元自己付，亦或不需要任何注册费了？
