Nano Energy综述投稿是否要先投proposal?是否有其他要求？ 已有2人参与

老板最近让头Nano Energy的综述。可是Nano Energy上没有投稿的模版，也没有分什么full paper或者综述。有些杂志要投综述之前都要先投一个proposal，来描述自己的综述中的主要内容，（综述太长了）不知道nano energy是否要这样，求投过稿的同志给予知道，不胜感激！！！！ |
