[求助] Springer投稿求助，第一次投稿 (Neural Computing and Applications)

我有如下几个问题想请教大家，有投过Springer 相关期刊或直接投过Neural Computing and Applications的更好：
1. 现在还有Springer的Word模板吗？好像现在在官网上找不到了？如果没有模板，论文的行间距最好是多少呢(官网上没有列出)？
2. Title page 是否是单独成一页？若单独成一页，正文部分还要写title等相关信息吗，还是直接写摘要了？
3.Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 10-point Times Roman) for text: 是否说明所有的字体都是10号吗？会不会太小了，尤其是标题？
4.For vector graphics, the preferred format is EPS; for halftones, please use TIFF format: 是否说 latex就上传EPS格式的图片，Word就上传TIFF格式的图片？
5. For most journals the figures should be 39 mm, 84 mm, 129 mm, or 174 mm wide and not higher than 234 mm：如何选择宽度设为多少呢？
6.Each figure should have a concise caption describing accurately what the figure depicts. Include the captions in the text file of the manuscript, not in the figure file.： figure file是将所有的figures打包上传还是一个一个单独上传呢？正文中的figure caption是列在参考文献之后吗？
7.Any figure lettering has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1：是什么意思呢？
8.When preparing your figures, size figures to fit in the column width: word投稿，如何知道列宽度呢？
9. The corresponding author collects the conflict of interest disclosure forms from all authors：是不是下载相应的文件（https://www.springer.com/?SGWID= ... mp;amp;dynamic=true ），打印出来让所有的作者都填表签字，然后扫描发图片呢？这个是在投搞阶段就需要上传的吗？
10. 是否需要Cover letter 以及 highlights?
