Author's deskDear Authors, a warmly welcomes you to International Conference on Recent Trends in Engineering, Science and Technology (ICRTEST)– 2016 Author’s desk. Authors who are interested to submit their papers in “Special Issues” can find guidelines about the paper format, submission, review process and registration process in this section. As the primary rule of conference as the paper should be high quality and should not be submitted to any journal as well as should meet the requirements of the Prestigious International journals (Journal corresponding to “Special Issue”). One paper can be submitted to any one of the suitable “Special Issue”, multiple submission of the same paper in different “Special Issues” won’t be consider for publication/acceptance.The format of the paper for review/submission as basic style and if accepted, ICRTEST will ask you again to make in the proper format according to the journal. Hence the following style can be accepted for submission:Manuscript preparationGeneral:Authors must strictly follow the guide for authors, or their manuscripts may be rejected without review. Editors reserve the right to adjust the style to certain standards of uniformity.Structure:Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Theory/Calculation, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References, Figure Captions, Tables and Figures. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk and footnote. Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article and do not include them on the title page, as a footnote to the title or otherwise.Text Layout:Use single column layout, double spacing and wide (3 cm) margins on white paper. (Avoid full justification, i.e., do not use a constant right-hand margin.) Ensure that each new paragraph is clearly indicated. Present tables and figure legends on separate pages at the end of the manuscript. If possible, consult a recent issue of the journal to become familiar with its conventions. Number all pages consecutively; use 12 pt font size and standard fonts.Page length:Research Papers should not exceed 22 printed pages. Figures and tables may be distributed throughout the text and need not appear only at the end. The above page limits are all based on 12 pt font size and standard fonts. ReferencesThere are no strict requirements on reference formatting at submission. References can be in any style or format as long as the style is consistent. Where applicable, author(s) name(s), journal title/book title, chapter title/article title, year of publication, volume number/book chapter and the pagination must be present. Use of DOI is highly encouraged. The reference style used by the journal will be applied to the accepted article by International at the proof stage. Note that missing data will be highlighted at proof stage for the author to correct.
