[求助] 请问我是不是没有工龄? 已有2人参与

小女2012年毕业出国留学,户口迁回出生地,党组织关系迁回街道,报到证上写的是就业指导中心,没有工作过就没管过档案.我的档案现在在哪儿呢?

我印象中CSC 的规定里面有一条说在外留学期间计算工龄,所以请问我有工龄吗?

看网上说法似乎我连干部身份都没有了,这是真的吗?虫友有经历过的吗,请指教.
