关于Begell House的投稿问题，大家帮忙看下这篇小论文是不是已经可以了 已有2人参与

author proof之前已经发过了，论文现在的状态是COMBINED_IN_ISSUE，是2016年2月2号更改的状态，邮件是这样的： International Journal of Energy for a Clean Environment<br><b>Article:</b> IJECE-10407.
