[交流] 在日本办理去比利时的签证- 博后已有1人参与

所需材料按照比利时使馆要求：
Visa-D Application Procedures (for working permit /hosting agreement holder)

Required Documents:

1. passport (date of issue must not be more than 10 years ago) (minimum remaining validity 12 months) original + 1 photocopy
2. two completed application forms
3. three recent passport photographs
4. working permit, or hosting agreement( in Dutch, GASTOVEREENKOMSTT, in French, CONVENTION D'ACCUEIL) from Belgian organization( If you have other type of document, the file will be sent to Brussels  for authorization, then visa procedure will take longer than those who has holding working permit/hosting agreement  ) + 1 photocopy
5. A certificate of  good conduct from Japan
6. Valid alien registration card /new resident card in Japan(for non-Japanese citizens)  + 1 photocopy of front and back, and other documents the applicant would wish to submit
7. Financial proof  during your stay in Belgium + 1 photocopy
8. Explanation letter of your research in Belgium + 1 photocopy
9. Certificate of the last degree + photocopy
10. visa fee: 25.200 JPY
11. proof of payment of visa administration fee(215 euro) to Belgian Immigration Office(please read carefully the attached instruction or open the following web page.

12. Medical certificate( if you have a working permit, you do not need it because you have already submitted it to obtain working permit beforehand)
其中无犯罪记录证明需要去当地警察总部开大约需要一周时间，去的时候可以先去比利时使馆拿证明信或者带着合同直接去，我当时是拿着host发的材料直接去的。financial proof不用单独准备，host agreement上面会有工资。体检证明是在东京st luke's international hospital，去之前打电话预约即可。但是他们一周只有周三做这种体检证明，时间需要四五天拿到结果。所需材料中只有host agreement耗点时间，别的都好准备。去使馆递交材料之前可以打电话或者发邮件预约一下。在东京办理签证很快。我从递交材料到签证办好就花了一天时间。周四上午交的材料，周五上午发邮件告知签证已办好。
