蛋白纯化

我现在要做蛋白纯化但是从来都没有做过不知道如何下手，请各位大侠帮帮忙！ 我的样品带有6个组氨酸，听说有个Amersham 公司有个试剂盒挺不错的 ，我不知道这个试剂盒对于可溶性蛋白或是包涵体是不是通用。或是还需经过什么处理。在哪里能下到中文的说明书。 |
