Colloids and Surfaces B Biointerfaces 杂志在投稿过程中需要填写 “additional information”，提示说是 “Additional Information is Required for Submission. Please respond to the questions/statements below. In the field below, please provide the names and contact information (including e-mail address) of four (4) suggested reviewers for your manuscript. ” 这个是指的填写推荐审稿人吗？如果是的话，为什么后续还有一个 suggest reviewers必须要填呢？两者不是重复了么？ 另外，在suggest reviewers这一项中，First Name* Middle Initial* Last Name* 都必须填写，这难道意味着推荐的审稿人必须是外国人么？ 理解困难，希望有投过elsevier的前辈指点一下，万分感谢！ |
