荧光量子产率的测定

| 最近要测荧光量子产率，在网上查了一下，但还有些疑问，大体步骤都知道了，想问一下测定时，待测物浓度和标准物浓度要一致吗?我的理解是只要让A小于0.05就行，浓度不一定相同，这样对吗？还有就是罗丹明B在乙醇中的量子产率到底是多少啊？ 多谢指教 |

我的理解也是A小于0.05，浓度不必一样。只要待测物和标准物严格在同一实验条件下测定。The fluorescence spectra of dilute solutions （A < 0:05） of the compound and the standard must be recorded under exactly the same experimental conditions (slits of the monochromators, high voltage of the photomultipliers, gain of the electronic devices).
