荧光量子产率的测定

| 最近要测荧光量子产率，在网上查了一下，但还有些疑问，大体步骤都知道了，想问一下测定时，待测物浓度和标准物浓度要一致吗?我的理解是只要让A小于0.05就行，浓度不一定相同，这样对吗？还有就是罗丹明B在乙醇中的量子产率到底是多少啊？ 多谢指教 |
