美国康涅狄格大学医学中心肝病研究博士后职位

美国康涅狄格大学医学中心肝病科主任George Wu教授的实验室已经建立了一项新技术：将有功能的线粒体输送到肝细胞中，以恢复这些缺乏线粒体或线粒体功能受损的细胞的线粒体活性。该项新技术将在研究线粒体功能的调控和复制中发挥重要作用，也有良好的临床应用前景。目前该项目有一个两年的博士后职位，在进行博士后研究期间，薪酬由NIH根据培训水平决定，且能学到如下技术： Formation of targetable mitochondrial complexes Assay for mitochondrial function Targeted transfer of mitochondria to mammalian cells Confocal localization of targeted mitochondria Mitochondrial oxygen consumption Intravenous injection into animals (rats and mice) 申请人要求掌握以下技能： Mammalian cell culture qPCR of mRNA and DNA Adequate command of verbal and written English 掌握以下技能的申请人会被优先考虑： Preparation of hepatocyte primary cultures 有意者请将自己的简历、一张照片和以往发表的论文发到George Wu教授的邮箱（wu@nso.uchc.edu）。 George Wu教授简介： Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology（临床与转化肝脏病学杂志）主编，Journal of Digestive Diseases（消化疾病杂志）的高级副主编。著名胃肠、肝病学家，病毒学家。美国康涅狄格大学，消化中心肝病科主任，教授。Wu教授获得过许多的学术荣誉和奖项，主要包括American Liver Foundation Research Prize（1982年），NIH Research Career Development Award（1986-1991年），American Gastroenterological Association/ Industry Research Scholar Award（1985-1988年），American Gastroenterological Association/ Gastroenterology Research Group Young Scientist Award （1990年），Chinese American Medical Society Scientific Award（1992年）等。Wu教授还被选为多个国家科学协会的成员，包括American Society for Clinical Investigation（1989年），Association of American Physicians（1995年），Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association（2010年）等。Wu教授曾参与美国国立卫生研究院的9项研究，并主持其中2项。现已发表140多篇高水平科研论文，出版10本专著，参与编写了100多篇专著章节和摘要，获得了10项专利授权，在各大国内外学术会议上做学术报告200多次。Wu教授目前还担任，Springer出版社的"Contemporary Gastroenterology"丛书编辑，同时还是许多国际学术期刊的编委会成员，包括著名的Gene Therapy and Regulation, World J. Gastroenterology, Journal of Digestive Diseases等。 |
