Please disregard electronic and mailed copies if you remit payment in advance. 请问上述说明是指，我现在要等编辑部电子邮寄invoice吗？是否是收到invoice后再付款？ Chaos要求超出12页要支付版面费，虽然proof完成，但在googlescholar中找不到。是否是付款后才能检索到？ 十分感谢！ |
