Dr. Gennadios is also Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. As a pharmaceutical scientist, I have found this book to be an excellent learning tool and resource. This book has been a great reference for issues concerning the formulation of hard and soft gelatin capsules. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive guide to a variety of protein based films and coatings utilized by both the pharmaceutical and food industries.
