核心力量训练 的基本理论 及 其 实践运用 研究
Basic Theory and Practical Application of Core Strength Training
摘要:源于 康复医疗领域的 核心力量 近年来 日益受到 国内学者 的热捧,在运动康复、运动训练 和 健身 领域 得到了 广泛的应用。核心力量 是 身体躯干部位 肌群 发挥 稳定作用、协助 力量发挥的 内在机制,主要 目的是 稳定 身体躯干、控制身体重心、协助 上下肢力量 传导,核心力量的 发挥 受到 神经传导系统、核心肌群力量 以及 呼吸与运动的 配合能力 的影响。本文通过 文献资料法、专家访谈法 和 逻辑分析法,对核心力量 及其 训练的 相关概念 进行了 厘清,在此基础上,对核心力量训练的 一般程序和练习方法 进行了探讨,以期 能为 体育教学 和 运动训练的 从业者 提供 参考和借鉴。
Abstract: Derived from medical rehabilitation field, core strength has gained increasing attentions from worldwide scholars in recent years and been widely used in areas such as exercise rehabilitation, exercise training, and fitness. Core strength is an internal mechanism for muscle group in body torso to exert stable function and assist the unleash of whole body strength, so as to stablize body torso, control center of body weight, assist upper and lower extremity strength transmission. The exertion of core strength is subjected to the influence of nerve conduction system, core muscle strength, and coordinate ability between breathing and movement. In this paper, based on documentary analysis method, expert interview method, and logical analysis method, relevant concepts on core strength and core strength training were figured out. On this basis, this paper disccussed normal procedures and practicing methods of core strength training in the hope of providing references for practitioners who are engaged in physical education and exercise training.
