关于proof问题求助，急！！！

第一次弄proof，好多不懂，请各位帮忙，着急! (1)proof是发给通讯作者（导师），2号发给老师，人家让4个工作日返回，可是，老师今天9号才看到发给我，已经晚了几天了，该怎么办，这时改了发过去，有问题内，是否需要解释一下原因啊 （2）Please return corrections to me by email, ideally by annotating the PDF (see guidelines on the first page of your proof). If you are unable to do this, please email your changes in the form of a list (including page number, paragraph and line in which the correction has to be made). 如果我把修改后的pdf发过去了，是否还需要再写个response一条一条说一下啊 （3）发过来的问题，有几个是“GQ”是让确认的问题，比如，GQ: Please confirm that all author information, including names, affiliations, sequence, and contact details, is correct. GQ: Please review the entire document for typographical errors, mathematical errors, and any other necessary corrections; check headings, tables, and figures 这样的问题怎么回答啊，还是没错的话 直接不回答呢； 另外几个问题是“AQ” 在论文原处都有标价，是需要直接回答的问题。 （4）有一个需要的问题是“Please check the sentence ‘That is, the storey stiffness .’ for clarity.” 请问下这是什么意思啊，还有，如果句子不顺，自己还能改吗？可是他邮件里面说不能重写 “Please read the proof for errors or missing elements. However, please do not rewrite or make other major changes affecting layout or the final extent.” 那类似于这个让 check 句子的问题，该怎么回答啊 （5）一个需要回答的问题“AQ: ‘Tso et al. ’ has been changed to ‘Tso and Sadek ’ to match the reference list. Please check and confirm.” 这样的问题，直接说Yes。可以吗？还是怎么说会好点呢 |
