Please submit your revised manuscript to me as a Short Communication. Reviewer #1: Even though author mentioned that this study was the first time to analyse active constituents of BDF in plasma, this method could be modified from the many of publication for saponin. Saikosaponion has similar structure with any other saponin and it is possible to use the method published in previous method. Many of published method has used acetonitrile and formic acid based mobile phase and protein precipitation in the sample preparation. Therefore there is no method improvement and novelty in the method. Reviewer #2: The scientific novelty of this manuscript is quite limited. It can be accepted for publication as a Short Communication after following revision: 1. The passages written in the personal style need to be rewritten to imoersonal style. 2. In line 78 the name of the city must be added to the company location. 3. The given location of each company must be cited only for one time (see for instance, lines 75 and 91). 4. Electro-spray is one word (without hyphen). 5. How do the authors explain double maximum on C-t curves? |
