MDPI的投稿怎么回事？投了几个刊都是直接没有审就拒了，贴出其拒稿理由，千奇百怪！

We are writing to inform you that we will not be able to process your paper further. Papers sent for peer-review are selected on the basis of discipline, novelty and general significance, in addition to the usual criteria for publication in scholarly journals. Therefore, our decision is not necessarily a reflection of the quality of your research. Unfortunately, we will not process this manuscript further as it does not fit into the journal scope. However, we can arrange a transfer to another MDPI journal, you can see a list of our titles at https://www.mdpi.com/about/journals. You are also free to withdraw your article, please inform us which course of action you would like to take.
