文章审稿意见回复，优化条件时，检测不同条件下的电化学信号值，如何保证特异性？ 已有1人参与

文章小修，审稿人提了一个问题： In characterizing the optimal condition for detection, it seems that only the sensitivity was considered. How about the specificity, as tradeoff is often seen for these two parameters? 不知道如何去回答。查看的所有文献，在优化条件的时候，都是保证灵敏度，从没涉及到特异性的问题。求助各位大神，应该如何去回复。 |

我的特异性实验和优化实验分开的，特异性实验室在最优的条件下进行的，但是审稿人问的是在优化实验中，如何去保证检测的特异性。我是真懵了，无从回答。以下是审稿人的审稿意见原文： In characterizing the optimal condition for detection, it seems that only the sensitivity was considered. How about the specificity, as tradeoff is often seen for these two parameters? Also, what were the concentrations of target and H1 used as the fixing parameters? It would be more thorough if explanations are provided for the observed transitions and if these trends are consistent across the changing component concentrations. In the caption of the corresponding figure, it was mentioned ' the error bars represent the standard deviations for each concentration', could you clarify what do you indicate for each concentration? |
