| T is a vaternary macrocyclic antibiotic, which is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in pigs and cows. T has the advantages of strong antibacterial activity, broad spectrum, rapid absorption rate, high bioavailability, long elimination half-life, lasting effects, and a single administration is enough for an entire treatment cycle. In order to promote proper use, research and development of this agent, in this paper, we reviewed the relevent works on the subjects of synthesis method, mechanism of action, antibacterial activities, detection method, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, biological safety and envirumental residual issues. |
